He is survived by: his father Larry Burnham; his close friend Shellie Hartman; his daughter Amanda Serrano (Frederico); his grandson Mateo; his son Jack Burnham (Bri Eads); his brother Larry Burnham Jr. (Diana); his nephews, Tyler, Zach Burnham, Ryan Burnham (Rhonda), Hayden and Cameron Burnham; his mother-in-law Carolyn Hartman; his sister-in-law Stacie Weedon (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Zanayah Weedon, Joshua Davis (Maranda), Lane, Owen Davis, Ellie Davis, Amy Davis and Luke Brewer; his sister-in-law Sheri Smaciarz (Tracy); his niece Rachel Mueller (Steven); his nephew Callan Mueller; and also, Lilo and Lucy.
