He is survived by: his parents, Carley Smith and Lillian Smith; his wife Dorothy Smith; his children, Randy Smith (Sheryl) and Lisa Stoffers (Mark); his siblings, Ron Smith (Jodi), Wanda Myrick (Mickey), Jean "Gredda" Nead (Ron), Linda Johnson, Loretta West (Jim) and Teresa May; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kiana and Camron Smith; and his stepgrandchildren, Kasey, Jesse and Jeremy McGrew.
