He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Dockter; his son Kevin (Carolyn); his granddaughter Sophia (Keith) of Anchorage; his daughter Karen (Alex); his granddaughter Alison Vandamme of Brussels, Belgium; and his brother Richard Downie (Laurel) of Portland, Oregon..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Highline Christian Church (14859 1st Ave S, Burien, WA 98168).
