It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrell Kay Simmons of Tenino, Washington, who passed away on December 4, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Phil Simmons. She is survived by: her daughter Marie Pearson; her son-in-law Chad Pearson; her grandson Kasen Pearson; her son-in-law Brady Morgan; and her grandchildren, Tyghler Fiola, Brev Morgan and Mika Morgan.
