A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Taholah School (600 Chitwhin Dr, Taholah, WA 98587).
Richard also made significant contributions to his community, serving three terms as a councilman for the Quinault Indian Nation and as a commissioner for TERO and the Quinault River Committee.
