He is survived by: his parents, Rachel Jo Martin of Victoria and Charles Robinson of Victoria; his stepmother Carol Robinson of Victoria; his sister Patti Monroe (Daniel) of Victoria; his stepsiblings, Terry Rainey of Florida, Sherri Black of Oklahoma and Roy Dell; his daughter Amanda Anne Williamson; his husband Billy Shelley of Point Comfort; his uncles, Martha Robinson, Ray Robinson, Jane Bosart, David Bosart and Jerry Mayfield; and also Kristie Murias (German) of Ft.
