He was predeceased by: his father Joe James; and his sister Kellie Jo. He is survived by: his mother Carol James; his children, Nick (Syd), Jake (Kylie), Jessie (Jake) and Nate James; his grandchildren, Sky and Scottie Jo (Kori Shaffer); his siblings, Susan (Dan), Peggy (Dan), Teresa (Bryan), Patrick and Michael (Jeni); and also Carol James.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Catholic Church (7112 S 12th St, Tacoma, WA 98465). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Foss Waterway Seaport (705 Dock St, Tacoma, WA 98402).
