She was predeceased by: her parents, James Willard Shaffer and Thelma Marie Strayer; her children, James Willard Jones (Bill) and Merrilee Doreen Retzloff of Bremerton; and her grandchildren, Victrina Sabado (Vici), Kevin Wiley and Leanne Retzloff.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Abbott (Dewey) of Port Orchard, Richard Jones (Kathy) of Fairfield, Linda Sabado of Kelso, WA., Kathy Wiley (John) of Port Orchard, Mike Jones (Tommi) of Belfair, WA. and David Jones of Bremerton, WA.; and her sister Marjorie Norem of Port Orchard. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
