Marilyn J. Gamblin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn J. Gamblin (Tacoma, Washington), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Marilyn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Giebink and Henderieka "Rica" Giebink (Schneider); and her sister Ardith (Leonard). She is survived by: her husband Leonard Gamblin; her sister Doris Balholm of Spokane, WA; her son Lee Hauser (Marilyn); her grandsons, Edward and Jonathan of Federal Way, WA; and her daughter Marcia Larsen (James) of Las Cruces, NM. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
