He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Frazier (Parks) and Kenneth Frazier; his brother Reggie; and his grandson Tyler Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Tanya Pemberton; his brother Jim Frazier; his children, Larry Frazier Jr., Jay Frazier and Susannah Frazier Vetch (Tim); and his grandchildren, Reese Vetch and Scarlett Stumer.
