He is survived by: his former wife Jan Semsak Hilger; his children, Andrea Duffy (Brian), Kathy Kingen (Gerry), Nick Hilger (Maria), Kurt Hilger, Dan Hilger (Luann) and Jim Hilger (Chong); his stepson Eric Semsak (Jenn); his sister Molly Thibault (Harry); his wife Alice Kueffner Hilger; and his brother Andy Hilger. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, one step grandchild, and three great-grandchildren.
