He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alden and Virginia Woodworth; and his sister Alice Cheron. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Jill Woodworth and Jeff Woodworth (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Broc Woodworth, Derek Woodworth (Kelly), Peter Woodworth, Taylor Martin (Bailey) and Alex (Jason).
John also left an impactful philanthropic legacy, donating both his time and resources to local causes and serving on numerous boards, such as MultiCare, the United Way, and the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties.
