It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Evie Murchison of Tacoma, Washington, born in Ellensburg, Washington, who passed away at the age of 74, on July 12, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. DeVere and Mary Ann DeVere (Paskvan); and her brothers, Jim, Chuck and Pat.

She is survived by: her children, Tony Murchison (Heather) of Rainier, Dan Murchison (Cheech) of Yelm and Tina Johnson (Donald) of Ridgefield; her brother Joe DeVere; and her friend Robert Lara of Tacoma. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a large extended family and many friends.
