With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald R. Sweet of Tacoma, Washington, born in Everett, Washington, who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson Patrick McGee; his parents, Marie Sweet and Raymond Sweet; and his siblings, Jerry Sweet, Joyce Petit and Lorraine Sweet.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce B. Sweet of Puyallup, WA; his daughter Kristin Sweet Fischer of Tacoma, WA; his son-in-law David Fischer of Tacoma, WA; his grandchildren, Aidan McGee of Boston, MA and Emma McGee (Tacoma); and his stepgrandson Spencer Fischer of Santa Clara, CA.
