He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Weinman and Abraham Weinman; his son Steven Lee Weinman; and his siblings, Sheila Arthur and Howard Weinman.

He is survived by: his wife Myra Weinman; his daughter Debbie Mallick; his grandchildren, Kaya Mallick, Aunya Mallick, Henson Weinman and Janice Riley; his nephew Alan Lawson; and his uncle Marvin Goldberg. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
