She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jack, Olivia, Molly, Maggie, Harrison, Everett, Adelaide and Arthur; her husband Jack Chambers; her children, Michael (Kate), Brian Chambers (Erin) and Erin Bakke (Mike); and her siblings, Terry, Meg, Mary, Kevin and Patrick. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
