He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Riojas; and his daughter Adrian Riojas. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Riojas (Ambrose); his wife Maria Riojas; his sons, Enrique Fernandez (Bria), Alex Jr. Fernandez (Candy) and Juan Gonzalez (Becky); his grandchildren, Al3x, Yzabella, Khaleesi Fernandez, Ricky, Bianca and Roxy Chavez; his daughter Senaida Gonzlez; his siblings, Larry (Jenny), Tony (Heide), James (Shawn) and Ciss Riojas; and also, Jaylyn, Jay and Vince. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (528 S 8th St, Sunnyside, WA 98944). A rosary was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (920 S 6th St, Sunnyside, WA 98944).
