He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kuiken and Winifred McVicker Kuiken; his siblings, Robert Kuiken (Bobby) and Janice White; and his son Wade Kuiken.
He is survived by: his son Philip Aaron (Trish); his wife Susan Kay Johnson; his children, Wyatt (Neomie) and Hailee Kuiken Mount (Danny); and his siblings, Brenda Guerrieri, Rhonda Harbaugh, Tim Kuiken, Joe Kuiken, Dan Moody and Martin Moody. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great grandchildren.
