He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Ramirez and Maria Pena; his siblings, Elias Ramirez, Gilbert Ramirez, Isaias Ramirez, Naomi Flores and Maria Elena Estrella; his wife Margarita Nuno; his son Maximo Ramirez Jr.; his grandchildren, Brandon, Max Jr., Daisy, Jennica, Salvador, Janessa, Jaime, Julyssa, Amanda, Alex, Damian Jr., Desiree, Jacob, Summer, Brianna and Margarita; and his great grandchild Alani Pina.

He is survived by: his siblings, Raquel Castro, Esther Villarreal, Manuel Ramirez and Neftali Ramirez; and his children, Susie Ramirez, Marisol (Horacio Flores), Marylou (Damian Pina) and Isaias Chy Ramirez.
