She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Keyzer and Annette Keyzer; and her husband Bernard Haak. She is survived by: her children, Dale, Connie, Lee, Don, Jim and Paul; her siblings, Carl, Barbara, Virginia, Dorothy, Bruce and Stan; and her close friends, Libby and Rose. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
