He was predeceased by: his parents, Anselmo Flores and Adelina Flores; and his wife Josefina Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Ana Maria Fisher (Scott) of Prosser, Adelina Flores of Bremerton, WA, Nellie Sparks (Madison) of Poulsbo, WA, Phillip Flores of Pasco, WA and Nollie DeVol (John) of Tucson, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Ryan of Tri-Cities, Brent Bottineau (Angelica) of Tri-Cities, Vanessa Wagner of Tri-Cities, Jordan Flores of Tri-Cities and Cole (Luke Sparks); and his great grandchildren, Haven of Tri-Cities, Brody of Tri-Cities and Mya Bottineau of Tri-Cities. He is also survived by one step-grandson, three step great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
