He is survived by: his mother Hortencia Almaguer; his wife Maria Ozuna; his siblings, Maria, Angelita, Linda, Noemi, Jaime and Victor; his friend Yvette Tover; and his children, Priscilla (Teodoro), Anita, Patricia (Nicholas), Christina (O'Brien), David Jr., Graciela, Jessie (Mariah) and Monique. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
