He is survived by: his former wife Maria Rodriguez; and his children, Martin Alaniz (Gloria), Noemi Ramirez (Ricardo Sr.), Daniel Jr. Alaniz (Julie), Noel Alaniz (Rita) and Noelee Jordan (Russel). He is also survived by several grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
