Betty Jean Wendt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Wendt of Sunnyside, Washington, who passed away on October 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Winant and Minnie Cox (Winant); her stepfather Gordon Cox; her siblings, Vern Kosta, Elaine Nielsen and Geraldine Sprague; her husband Lowell Wendt; and her son Lonnie Metteer.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Metteer, Marla Schab (John) and Suzanne Homan (Marty); and her grandchildren, Chandra Henderson, Sara Horn (Vance), Johnna Schroeder (Laiten), Macauley Homan (Megan), Joshua Homan (Skyler), Miles Metteer and Megan Weddle (Sheldon). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
