He is survived by: his significant other Lucy Platt; his children, Matthew Failor (Angela), Shannon Hope (Tom) and Lindsey Horning (Tommy); his grandchildren, Bryon Failor, Nathan Hope, Ethan Hope, Carlin Horning and Brooks Horning; his sisters, Theresa Weaver (Kenny), Julie Robles (Brent) and Anna Coleman (Roy); his family, Denise Jensen, Scott Platt, Kelsey Jensen (Casey) and Devin Platt; and also Salem Failor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
