He is survived by: his caregiver Barbara Idle; his wife Janice Grant; his siblings, Donald Lindblad and Patricia Wendel; his sons, Jeffrey (Cathy), Eric (Zoe) and Lars (Gina); and his grandchildren, Elle, Kyrsten, Jack, Gus, Grayson, Ingrid and Greta.
