She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Robinson and Elizabeth Robinson; her siblings, Rebecca Gappert, Dave Robinson and Jeff Robinson; her daughter Allison Preston; her grandchildren, Logan and Amelia; and her husband Donald Woodruff.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Chehalis Valley Community Church of which Penelope had attended a few times and was a financial supporter.
