He was predeceased by: his parents, William Costello and Mary Costello (Landrigan); and his brothers, William and Bobby. He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Stuart; and his children, Marlene Costello, Michelle Wells (John) and Bill Costello. He is also survived by four grandkids, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, you can make a donation in Ed's name to the Uncompensated Care Fund at Seattle Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice.
