He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Shepherd and Sheila Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Peta; his children, Matthew, Alex, Catherine, Sarah and Hannah; his grandchildren, Evangeline, Elijah, Amelia and Oscar; and his sisters, Isobel Harrison and Caroline Gomersall.
