He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Bowen and Nellie Bowen of Sumas. He is survived by: his children, Victoria and Michael; his wife Pat Bowen (Wickwire); his children, Vickie Anderson (Lloyd) and Mike Bowen (Tammie); his grandchildren, Derick Anderson (Jen), Erica Peterson (Derek), Cody Bowen (Alisa) and Jake Bowen (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Karlee, Lily and Connor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in Oddie's name to Whatcom Hospice in appreciation for his wonderful care in his final days.
