It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lora Edwards of Sumas, Washington, born in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Goertzen and Olga Goertzen (Thoms); and her brothers, Harry Goertzen and Walter Goertzen. She is survived by: her husband Bill Edwards Sr.; her children, Jodi (Rich Postma), Nancy (Ron Postma), B. J. Edwards (Kaylene) and Carrie (John Lankhaar); and her siblings, Vic (Juanita Goertzen), Irma (Lee Palmer), Edwin (Karen Goertzen), Darlene (Bob Finch), Linda (Doug Crape), Sandy Goertzen, Ron (Denise Goertzen) and Debbie (Brian McKee). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
