She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Miedema; and her grandson Brian Samuel Mutt. She is survived by: her children, Henry J. Miedema (Sylvia), Jean Miedema (Brent) and William Miedema (Sara); and her brother William Vos. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Donations in her name may be made to New Hope Fellowship.
