He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Tamayo Antolin and Naomi Park Antolin; and his daughter Sarah Antolin. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Wood; his children, Evan and Julia (Matsimela); his siblings, Nancy (Jerry), Grace (Don), Bob (Trudy) and Ed (Sue); his former wife Robin Rettew; and his grandson Zen Ajani. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and two grand-nephews.
