He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Webb and Isabella Webb; and his siblings, Bobby Webb, Billy Webb, Robert Webb, Josephine "Joyce" Webb, Francis "Kate" Saffore and Patricia "Penny" Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Ertha Webb; his children, Tonya Webb, Cassandra McElvine and Nicholas Webb; and his siblings, Ira Webb, Della Thomas and Helen Webb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Aspen Chapel - Mountain View Funeral Home and Memorial Park (4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain View Memorial Park (1400 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Steilacoom, WA 98388). A reception will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Center Building, Willow Reception Room.
