It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hildegard Carter of Steilacoom, Washington, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinrich Morschel and Emilie Morschel; her husband Jessie; and her son William. She is survived by: her granddaughter Shellie. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
