He was predeceased by: his wife Doris. He is survived by: his children, Gary Passmore (Marie) of Camano Island, WA and Gail Woodburn (Larry) of Hackettstown, NJ.. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, four nephews, and seven nieces.
Graveside services for family and friends of Bill and Doris Passmore will be held in Mt. Olive Township, NJ in May or June due to the COVID 19 restrictions enacted on gatherings by New Jersey.
