He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Madsen and Minnie Madsen; and his siblings, Martine, Margaret, Norman, Robert, Ruth, Edna, Peter, Olaf, Doris and Bernice.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debi Stuller (Pat) and Tami Schorno (Ken); his grandchildren, Madisen and Quinten Schorno; his sister June Murphy; his parents-in-law, Levi and Bernice Sherk (Allen); and his close friend Carol Lee Crane. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, and many friends.
