She was predeceased by: her mother Melody Berard. She is survived by: her father Carl Berard; her husband Byron Hill; her children, Christal Berard, Cole Hayes and Brayden Hill; her aunt Dawn Lashley; her sister Michelle Lehmann; her brother-in-law Max Lehmann; and her nephew Mason Lehmann. She is also survived by foster children and she even cared for her nieces as her own children.
Melenia passed due to complications from Covid 19 and underlying health issues at U. W. Hospital.
Her Christian faith gave her the foundation to instill wonderful values such as integrity, honor, faithfulness, kindness, love and generosity.
