It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LouAnn Riggs (Stanwood, Washington), born in North Bend, Nebraska, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mynard Schulte and Stella Schulte; her siblings, Dorthy Singley and Dennis Schulte; her husband Gordon Riggs; her sisters, Doris Launer and Kathi Fox; and her children, Greg Riggs, Jeff Riggs, Randy Riggs, Melissa Frederick and Virginia Riggs. She was also cherished by her 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
