He was predeceased by: his son Andrew Pinkham; his nephew Ethan Johnson; his parents, Roland Pinkham and Mary Pinkham; and his parents-in-law, Bob and Dorothy Probach.
He is survived by: his son Michael (Meng); his wife Pam; his siblings, Jim Pinkham (Sue) and Bev Smith (Jim); and his brothers-in-law, Mike Probach (Jacki) and Gregg Probach (Dianne). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
