She is survived by: her sons, Doug Gale of Columbia, SC and John Stephen Gale of Cleveland, SC; her brother Buddy Douglas of Kingsport, TN; her grandchildren, Jason Gale and Elizabeth Whisennant; and her great grandchildren, Jeffrey Gale, Eva Gale, Max Whisennant, Hyatt Whisennant and Blakely Whisennant.
