He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Bonk (Karen) of Seatttle, Terry Bonk (Margie) of Medical Lake and Tedi Worn (George) of Cheney; and his aunt Evelyn Spurgeon. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Sprague Macabee Cemetery or St. John's Lutheran Church in Sprague, WA.
