He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Howard and William Howard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Foley; his sons, Steve (Christy) and Matt (Kristen); his granddaughters, Grace, Emily, Holly, Caitlin and Laila; and his siblings, Ginny Moen, Joy Miles (Mike), Helen Barnes (Richard), Jim (Marcia), Sid, Gary (Rhonda) and Stan (Elizabeth). He is also survived by his family, and by his many friends.
