He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice J. Levitt and June Eloise Levitt (Bixler). He is survived by: his siblings, Evert Levitt (Connie) of Monticello, Illinois and Wanda White of Mattoon, Illinois; his nephew Matthew White (Courtney); his nephews, Joshua White (Tamara) of Mattoon and Corey Levitt (Shelly Vaughn); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Madison Levitt of Monticello and Nicholas Levitt (Katie Triplett); his niece Emily Carlyle (Aaron); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colby and Kaine Carlyle of Monticello, Illinois.; and also, Daxton White of Mattoon and Faith Levitt of Bement, Illinois.
