He was predeceased by: his parents, Omah Bell and Francis Bell; his wife Dorothy O'Neil (Tootie); his brother Frank Bell; and his grandson Charlie Dahmen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Dahmen (Rick), Peggy Lynch and Patty Bell; his brother Tom Bell (Kay); his grandchildren, Kayla Romane (Jeff), Evan Lynch and Parker White; and his great grandchildren, Harrison Michael Romane and Kendall Charlie Romane. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (17825 E Trent Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216).
