He is survived by: his wife Kay Parks; his children, Charles (Noelle) of Spokane, Kassie (Gary) of Puyallup and Randall (Rachelle) of Anaheim; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Michael, Kaitlyn, Megan and Rowyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
