He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam Ray and Cora Warner; and his siblings, Wayne A. Warner and Jeanneen Carlson-Gharst. He is survived by: his wife Svitlana; his stepchildren, Sergiy Berezhnoy (Melissa) and Yaroslav Berezhnoy; his son Jasen Warner; his grandchildren, Alex, Ben and Nova; and his siblings, Ricy Warner (Loretta), Pat Adams (Mike) of Boise, ID and Raydeen Connell (Tom) of White Springs, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
