He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Turbak; his parents, Clyde Johnson and Janet Johnson; and his siblings, Mel and Lilah O'Connor.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie (John Forster), Debbie (John Clift), Teresa (Rob Cutshall), Wendy (Dan Malloy), Lisa (Dave Bosch) and John; his daughter-in-law Lisa Johnson; and his sister Phyllis Sidwell. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wayne's name to the Salvation Army (Toys for Tots) and St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Otis Orchards, Washington.
