He was predeceased by: his parents, Dinty Kjack and Mae Kjack; his wife Donna Crockett; and his brother Junior Kjack. He is survived by: his children, Karla Stehr (Jeff) and Kal Kjack (Kay); his brother Ron Kjack (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Brian Jeske (Casey), Nathan Stehr (Samm), Spokane Valley, Janell Gilmer (Chris), Caitlin Teske (Jason), Heather Lauderdale (Jacob) and Rathdrum. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials can be made in Wayne's name to the Malden-Pine City Gun Club or charity of one's choice.
