He is survived by: his wife Kiyomi Nakamoto; his siblings, Darla Copeland Grose and Robert Walker; his nieces, Bethany (Troy) and Sharon (Kei); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley (Daniel), Kelly, Sara, Nicholas, Waleed and Aydin; and also Hazel.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made in Warren's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
